Bit of background. I was 47 when I started training with Jordan at BeeHappyFitness. I'd been paying gym subs for years, going occasionally and just exercising, not training. Saw no improvement and was on the verge of cancelling the latest membership and giving up on fitness, again.
I decided to contact a PT before I did, and I'm so glad I did and that the PT was Jordan. From the start, he recognised my lack of confidence in the gym and inexperience on free weights.
We've been training together for about 16 months now and the change in me is immense. I'm happier in the gym than ever before.
I used to look for reasons not to exercise. Now, I look for opportunities to train. My physical and mental health is massively improved and that change is attitude is down to Jordans support and encouragement.
Jordan is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, appreciating the best ways to bring about performance improvements.

After a back injury in 2022 I was feeling very unfit and unsafe in my body. Even one year on from my discharge from hospital I didn’t feel confident doing physical activity because I was worried it would make the pain worse. I wanted to get stronger so I would be less afraid but I didn’t know where to start, and on entering a gym for the first time in about 5 years I was so frightened I had a panic attack and had to leave. If ever I was worried that an exercise was hurting me, we would immediately stop and switch to another exercise as soon as I said so. I felt really supported and encouraged, and over time he helped me acquire the confidence to push my boundaries safely. I like that Jordan listened to my specific wants- too often I have felt excluded by gym marketing that promises women like me a ‘beach body’ over any strength or mobility benefits- not because that’s bad, but because it felt like the only option and I knew it wouldn’t help me personally. We have focused instead on making me stronger and more flexible and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. I worked with him in person for about 10 months and have now worked with him remotely for about 8 and my crippling back pain has all but vanished. I would definitely recommend Jordan for people who live with the physical and mental fallout of injuries like mine or people who are straight up afraid of the gym for any other reason too. Whatever your goals are he is a great guy with a winning sense of humour and a genuine desire to help people. Most importantly- my results speak for themselves.
